Creole Grill & Brown Sugar Bar
Due to popular demand by our repeat guests for authentic local dishes, Creole Grill was launched in May 2014. Located in the Kreole courtyard, the creole decorated eatery has vibrant island colours, traditional madras themed décor and offers dinner not only to our in-house guests but to visitors from near and far.
Featuring signature dishes of what true Saint Lucians and repeat guests have come to enjoy, Chef Curtis has created a strong following for his rich and tasty menu, including greenfig and saltfish, curry goat, and not forgetting petite creole penny loaves, a must for all guests either in house or on island. With an informal atmosphere and island vibe guests have returned night after night for a taste of the Caribbean.
Creole Grill is closed for dinner on Friday and Sunday.
Brown Sugar Bar is open on evenings Monday to Thursday and Saturday serving St. Lucian made rums and cocktails, local juices and Piton beers.
